目的研究压力机气垫闭锁参数的快速检测方法.方法应用螺旋测微传感器和CMOS集成电路原理设计研制了一套气垫闭锁参数的检测装置.结果研制成的检测装置测得的各项参数完全满足精度要求.结论这套装置能快速检测压力机气垫闭锁功能的各项参数,从而为购置验收、使用维修具有闭锁功能的压力机提供可靠的依据.
Objective To study the rapid testing method of press air cushion lockout parameters. Methods A helical micrometer sensor and a CMOS integrated circuit were used to design and test a set of air cushion lockout parameter detection device. Results of the test device developed by the measured parameters fully meet the accuracy requirements. Conclusion The device can quickly detect the press air cushion lockout of the various parameters, so as to purchase acceptance, the use of maintenance with a locking function of the press provide a reliable basis.
