随着众多公路隧道的建设及通车运营,隧道风机作为隧道运营安全保障的重要基础设备,其悬挂段二次衬砌质量直接影响隧道风机安装的牢固程度及隧道运营的通车安全。本文在对某隧道风机悬挂段二次衬砌质量不合格进行稳定性分析的基础,按照尽量不破坏原有隧道二次衬砌结构的原则,提出一次性钢板加固设计方案,并通过有限元分析软件进行了加固效果验证。在严格的施工及质量控制下,按照设计图纸,完成隧道风机悬挂段二次衬砌的加固。此次设计方案及施工过程对类似隧道风机悬挂短的加固工程,有很好的借鉴意义。
