依据层次分析法原理,从经济、环境和资源化3个影响因素建立赤泥资源化途径优选的递阶层次结构模型。以山东某铝厂生产废物——赤泥为研究案例,从赤泥组成成分与含量分析的角度出发,结合赤泥各资源化途径独特要求,探讨赤泥资源化特性与资源化途径的密切关系,拟合出赤泥的各种资源化特性,作为结构模型中的资源化因子。然后分别对模型中的3个影响因素进行定性和半定量化处理,最终实现赤泥资源化途径优选的决策评价,为政府部门和环境管理者提供决策参考。
According to the principle of analytic hierarchy process, a hierarchy model of hierarchical structure optimized by the way of recycling red mud was established from three influencing factors of economy, environment and resource utilization. Taking the production waste of an aluminum plant in Shandong Province - red mud as a case study, from the perspective of composition and content analysis of red mud, combining with the unique requirements of red mud resources, this paper discusses the close relationship between resource characteristics of red mud and recycling ways , Fitting various resource characteristics of red mud as a resource factor in the structural model. Then, the three influencing factors in the model were qualitatively and semi-quantitatively treated respectively, and finally the decision-making of the optimal route of red mud resource utilization was evaluated, which provided reference for government departments and environmental managers.
