试验测定了不同工艺组合的管道环焊接头的 COD值 ,深入讨论了接头区域 (焊缝、热影响区、熔合区和母材 )、焊接位置 (平焊、立焊、仰焊 )、焊接工艺以及试验中出现的各种因素对环焊接头断裂性能不均匀性的影响。结果表明 :管道环焊接头断裂性能的不均匀性主要是由于焊接过程改变了原始材料的组织性能 ,并且焊接过程中由于焊接位置的改变而使电弧对母材的热作用在不断地发生变化所造成。接头区域、焊接位置和焊接工艺对其都产生较大的影响
