分析了以微蜂窝为主的呼叫接入控制策略(call admission control Policy,CACP)中信道分配方案和系统呼损指标的变化规律。对理论公式与仿真模型的结果进行了比较,得出结论:基于一定话务量水平,对系统呼损率、中断率进行限制,采用仿真统计的方法,可以确定系统的可行信道分配解集合。在成本系数不同取值下,根据成本目标函数得到最佳信道数。呼损率优先考虑的情况下,采用二次接入策略和最优值可以优化系统性能。
The change rules of channel allocation scheme and call loss index in call admission control policy (CACP) based on micro-cellular are analyzed. The results of the theoretical formula and the simulation model are compared. The conclusion is drawn that the call loss rate and the interruption rate of the system are limited based on the certain traffic level, and the feasible channel allocation solution set of the system can be determined by the method of simulation. Under the different cost factors, the best channel number is obtained according to the cost objective function. In the case of call loss priority, the secondary access strategy and the optimal value can optimize the system performance.
