使撞击锤从一定高度下落通过撞杆损毁大脑皮层后肢运动区域,在TBI后的28 d内采用钉板平衡木行走实验检测大鼠行为学变化,行为学测试结束后取脑组织检查组织结构的变化。结果:TBI组大鼠在TBI 28 d内的钉板平衡木行走测试中受损后肢功能障碍表现明显(与对照组比较,P<0.05);挫伤处大脑皮层坏死明显。结果表明:通过落体撞击法损伤大脑皮层后肢运动区域可成功建立一种症状性大鼠脑损伤模型。
