选取来自传统文化企业和现代新型文化企业的两位创业者作为研究对象,对文化产业创业者的胜任特征进行探索性案例研究。采用扎根理论的三阶段编码方法分析所收集的质性资料,构建了文化产业创业者胜任特征的四层次洋葱模型。指出:创业动机、专业背景是传统文化企业创业者与新型文化企业创业者的最主要差异;对文化艺术的热爱、强烈的社会责任感以及创新思维和能力是文化产业创业者相比其他产业创业者更重要的胜任特征。
Two entrepreneurs from traditional cultural enterprises and modern new cultural enterprises are selected as research objects to conduct exploratory case studies on the competency of cultural industry entrepreneurs. Using the grounded theory of three-stage coding method to analyze the collected qualitative data, the paper builds a four-level onion model of competence of cultural industry entrepreneurs. It points out that the motivation and professional background of entrepreneurship are the most important differences between entrepreneurs of traditional culture and entrepreneurs of new-type culture. The love of culture and art, strong sense of social responsibility and innovative thinking and ability are the two major reasons that cultural industry entrepreneurs compare with other industrial entrepreneurs More important competency.
