由于各种工业的“三废”污染.致使有的水中镉含量严重超标.镉测定大部分采用石墨炉原子吸收法,方法灵敏,但背景干扰大,测定的精密度不高.也有用电感偶合等离子体发射光谱仪进行测定,由于仪器昂贵,基层不易推广.我们采用吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铵(APDC)与镉生成配合物,在pH8.5条件下,用甲基异丁基甲酮(MIBK)-环己烷萃取后,火焰原子吸收法测定饮用水和废水中镉含量,有较好的精度和准确度,可用于饮用水中镉含量的测定.
