目的 :了解吸入麻醉药安氟醚 (Enf)和异氟醚 (Iso)对大鼠下丘脑视上核 (SO)神经元电生理的影响。方法 :应用膜片钳技术 ,观察Enf和Iso对大鼠下丘脑薄片SO神经元自发电活动的影响。结果 :Enf(3 0 % )对SO神经元自发电活动有明显的兴奋作用 ,Iso(2 2 % )对SO神经元自发电活动的兴奋作用与Enf基本相同。用正常人工脑脊液(ACSF)冲洗 5分钟放电频率可恢复至给药前水平。结论 :Enf和Iso对下丘脑SO电活动有可逆性的兴奋作用 ,表明SO是Enf和Iso在中枢的重要作用部位。
AIM: To investigate the effects of inhaled anesthetics Enf and Iso on the electrophysiology of hypothalamic supraoptic nucleus (SO) neurons in rats. Methods: Patch-clamp technique was used to observe the effect of Enf and Iso on spontaneous activity of hypothalamic SO neurons. RESULTS: Enf (30%) had obvious excitement effect on spontaneous activity of SO neurons, while Iso (22%) had the same excitement effect on SO neurons as Enf. Flushing with normal artificial cerebrospinal fluid (ACSF) for 5 minutes discharged the frequency to its pre-dose level. CONCLUSIONS: Enf and Iso have reversible excitatory effects on hypothalamus SO activity, indicating that SO is an important site of action of Enf and Iso in the central nervous system.
