以入选美国科学信息研究所高被引科学家数据库中的物理学科高被引科学家为样本,从学术生产力与影响力的二维视角对科学家的学术年龄特征进行了研究。通过研究,主要有如下发现:(1)学术年龄在区间[1,25]之内时,学术影响力高于学术生产力;(2)学术影响力与生产力均存在较长的衰退期,但学术影响力活跃程度高于学术生产力;(3)学术影响力达到波峰时的学术年龄存在不确定性,而学术生产力可以唯一确定;(4)学术影响力与生产力最佳学术年龄区间均近似符合“黄金分割率”;(5)学术影响力和生产力与学术年龄之间的拟合关系均为三次多项式分布。同时,在文末分析了本文的研究不足;并对未来可能的研究方向进行了展望。
Taking the highly cited scientists in physical sciences in the database of highly cited scientists of the Institute of Scientific Information of America as samples, the academic age characteristics of scientists are studied from the perspective of academic productivity and influence. Through the research, the main findings are as follows: (1) academic age is within the interval [1,25], academic influence is higher than academic productivity; (2) both academic influence and productivity have a long recession, but academic (3) The academic age at the peak of academic influence is uncertain, but the academic productivity can be uniquely determined; (4) The academic academic age and the academic influence are in good agreement with the “Golden Ratio”; (5) The fitting relationship between academic influence and productivity and academic age are all cubic polynomial distributions. At the same time, this article analyzes the shortcomings of this article; and prospects for possible future research.
