推行社会主义市场经济体制使广大国有企业走上结构重组、机制转换、制度更新的蜕变过程。上海石油化工股份有限公司作为我国实行规范化股份制改造的九大试点企业的第一家,自九二年以来完成了清产核资、主付分离、机构重建、全球募股、国际上市、换轨运转、内改起步等工作,已经初步建立起现代企业制度的框架。实践表明,现代企业制度必须包括现代企业教育制度。现代企业岗位培训制度作为现代企业教育制度的主要组成部分,也是现代企业制度的基本内容之一,是现代企业生存发展的一个强大的动力源。
The implementation of the socialist market economic system has enabled the large number of state-owned enterprises to embark on the process of restructuring, restructuring, and institutional renewal. Shanghai Petrochemical Co., Ltd. was the first of nine pilot companies that implemented a standardized shareholding system transformation in China. Since 1992, it has completed capital verification, separation of payments, institutional restructuring, global equity offerings, international listings, and rail changes. Practice shows that the modern enterprise system must include the modern enterprise education system. The modern enterprise job training system, as the main component of the modern enterprise education system, is also one of the basic contents of the modern enterprise system, and it is a powerful power source for the survival and development of modern enterprises.
