目的探讨碳离子(12C6+)辐射对恶性肿瘤的治疗作用,初步确定治疗安全剂量,观察其急性副反应及近期疗效。方法12例表浅肿瘤患者(受试者)分为2个组,A组5.10~8.79 GyE/次,1次/d,连续9 d总剂量50.94~70.41 GyE;B组5.04~8.58 GyE/次,1次/d,连续7 d总剂量35.88~60.06 GyE。采用RTOG急性放射损伤分级标准判断急性损伤并通过局部肿物缩小程度评价近期疗效。结果治疗结束随访2个月后,A、B组受试者皮肤反应发生率分别为2/4、3/8,两组无明显血液毒性和严重皮肤反应。A、B组局部肿物缩小程度≥50%分别占3/4、5/8。结论12C6+束治疗表浅肿瘤显示出良好的安全性和近期疗效。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of carbon ion (12C6 +) radiation on malignant tumors and to determine the safe dose initially and to observe its acute side effects and short-term curative effect. Methods A total of 12 patients with superficial tumors (subjects) were divided into two groups: group A (5.10-8.79 GyE / time, once / d for 9 days) and total dose 50.94-70.41 GyE (group B: 5.04-8.58 GyE / time , Once a day for a total of 35.88-60 Gy Gy for 7 days. The RTOG criteria of acute radiation injury were used to judge the acute injury and to evaluate the short-term effect through the reduction of local tumor. Results After 2 months of follow-up, the skin reaction rates in subjects A and B were 2/4 and 3/8, respectively. There was no obvious hematotoxicity and severe skin reaction in both groups. A, B group of local tumor reduction ≥ 50% accounted for 3 / 4,5 / 8. Conclusion The treatment of superficial tumors with 12C6 + beam shows good safety and short-term curative effect.
