制备了Pr4VOPc染料掺杂的聚合物PMMA(DIP)薄膜。Pr4VOPc在染料掺杂聚合物薄膜形成阶段形成玻璃态I,经有机溶剂蒸汽处理后,Pr4VOPc形成了热力学更稳定的相Ⅱ。薄膜的吸收光谱、光学常数和结构均发生了变化,吸收峰从663um红移到795nm,X射线衍射光谱则从无衍射变化到具有特征衍射峰。引起这些变化的可能原因是:有机溶剂对PMMA起增塑作用,为Pr4VOPC分子溶解-结晶过程提供介质,从而使Pr4VOPc分子相互间形成热力学更稳定的排列方式。
Pr4VOPc dye-doped polymer PMMA (DIP) films were prepared. Pr4VOPc forms a glassy state I during the dye-doped polymer film formation stage, and Pr4VOPc forms a more thermodynamically stable phase II after steaming with organic solvents. The absorption spectra, optical constants and structures of the films all changed. The absorption peak shifted from 663um to 795nm, and the X-ray diffraction spectrum changed from no diffraction to characteristic diffraction peak. The possible reasons for these changes are as follows: the organic solvent plays a plasticizing role in PMMA, providing a medium for the solution-crystallization process of the Pr4VOPC molecule, so that the Pr4VOPc molecules form a thermodynamically more stable arrangement.
