目的： DHS和倒置LISS内固定治疗稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效对比分析。方法回顾性总结并获得随访的44例稳定股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床资料，其中21例采用倒置LISS内固定治疗，23例采用DHS内固定治疗，比较两组切口长度、术中失血量、手术时间、骨折愈合情况及末次髋关节Harris评分优良率。结果两组患者在住院时间、骨折愈合时间及末次Harris评分优良率方面差异无统计学意义(>0.05)，但在切口长度、术中出血量、手术时间差异有统计学意义(0.05), but in the incision length, bleeding volume, operation time was statistically significant difference ( < 0.05). Conclusion Two kinds of internal fixation methods are the treatment of stable intertrochanteric fractures of the effective method, inverted LISS relative to DHS is more minimally invasive, less bleeding, shorter operation time.
