[目的]探讨用峰面积外标法定量分析绿色木霉.烯酰吗啉水分散片剂的准确性。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法外标法定量分析绿色木霉.烯酰吗啉水分散片剂,确定检测波长、测定回收率和选择色谱条件。[结果]结果表明,绿色木霉和烯酰吗啉分别在342和236nm处有最大吸收,回收率大于99.0%,变异系数小于0.3%。绿色木霉.烯酰吗啉水分散片剂的保留时间受流动相配比的影响,当甲醇∶水为80∶20时,样品中绿色木霉.烯酰吗啉水分散片剂色谱峰与其他杂质峰分离较好。[结论]该方法具有较高的准确度和精密度,操作简便、快速。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the accuracy of quantitative analysis of Trichoderma viride dimethoate morpholino water dispersible tablets with peak area external standard method. [Method] Quantitative analysis of Trichoderma viride dimethoate morpholino water dispersible tablets by HPLC method was used to determine the detection wavelength, determination of recovery and selection of chromatographic conditions. [Result] The results showed that the maximum absorption of Trichoderma viride and dimethomorph at 342 and 236 nm respectively, the recovery rate was over 99.0% and the coefficient of variation was less than 0.3%. Trichoderma viride. The retention time of dimethomorph water-dispersible tablets was affected by the mobile phase ratio, when the methanol: water was 80:20, the Trichoderma viride samples were mixed with other Impurity peak separation better. [Conclusion] This method has high accuracy and precision, easy to operate and fast.
