随着时代的不断发展,企业的管理模式在不断的革新,如今,企业文化成为了人们关注的重点问题,企业文化可以体现企业的核心价值观,以企业文化为基础,促进管理模式的探究,可以提高企业管理的实效性,促进企业进行全面的管理。本文通过分析企业文化为核心的企业管理模式,分析了企业文化和企业管理之间的联系,并且分析企业文化管理模式存在的局限性,并针对局限性,提出以企业文化为核心的企业管理模式。
