“国画”一词,相信通过前四次“重思国画”(见《美术观察》2008年第7至10期)的专题讨论,已经可以达成共识了。那么“形态”一词确切的含义又是什么呢?鄙人也曾请教过几位同行,但所得到的答案又都不十分肯定。
“Chinese painting ”, I believe we can reach a consensus through the thematic discussions of the previous four “Reflections on Traditional Chinese Paintings” (see “Art Observations”, 2008-7-10). So what is the exact meaning of the word “form”? I have also consulted with several colleagues, but the answers we get are not very sure.
