禽畜产品中常存在土霉素(oxytetracycline)残留量超标的现象,需要开发简便的方法检测药物残留。应用自行组建的表面等离子体共振(Surface Plasmon Resonance,缩记为SPR)生物芯片检测系统对制备的土霉素(OTC-OVA)抗体芯片进行了免疫反应的检测,该方法不需要标记样品和纯化样品,操作简单、成本低、灵敏度高。检测了OTC-OVA抗体与OTC-OVA抗原的反应,以bFGF(碱性成纤维细胞生长因子)抗原做对照抗原,进行了免疫反应的对照性实验。发生免疫反应后,OTC抗体阵列的共振角和折射率明显增大,共振曲线有明显位移。由SPR检测系统能准确、直观地检测生物芯片上的探针是否发生免疫反应,样品中土霉素是否超标。SPR技术可用于食品中土霉素残留的检测,可进行定性和定量分析。

SPR technology can be used for the detection of oxytetracycline residues in foods for qualitative and quantitative analysis.
