目的 评价牙龈成纤维细胞、牙周膜细胞对白细胞介素 8(interleukin 8,IL 8)的趋化反应。方法 将体外培养第 6代的牙龈成纤维细胞和牙周膜细胞 (2 5× 10 8个 /L)分别加入Transwell细胞培养室的上室 ,在下室分别加入 10 -10 、10 -9、10 -8及 10 -7mol/L的IL 8。于 37℃ ,95 %空气、5 %CO2下培养 2 4h。光镜下计数滤膜下侧面的细胞数。结果 IL 8在 10 -9~ 10 -7mol/L浓度范围内能增强牙龈成纤维细胞的趋化作用 ,并呈浓度依赖性增加 ;而在相同浓度范围内 ,牙周膜细胞趋化移动的数量并未增加。结论 IL 8参与了调节牙龈成纤维细胞的趋化运动。
Objective To evaluate the chemotactic response of gingival fibroblasts and periodontal ligament cells to interleukin 8 (IL 8).
