运用模压法制备了EPDM(三元乙丙橡胶)/CR(氯丁橡胶)发泡橡胶,研究了温度和压力对其结构和性能的影响。研究结果表明:制备的闭孔发泡橡胶的泡孔直径可达到27.69μm,发泡密度可达到2.54×108个/cm3;随着温度的升高,泡孔直径和发泡密度呈先增后减态势,并且发泡橡胶的力学性能随实体橡胶含量增加而变好;随着压力的升高,泡孔直径呈先小后大态势、发泡密度呈先升后降态势,大小气泡相间的结构更加明显。
EPDM (EPDM rubber) / CR (chloroprene rubber) foamed rubber was prepared by molding method, and the effects of temperature and pressure on the structure and properties of the rubber were studied. The results show that the cell diameter of closed cell foam rubber can reach 27.69μm and the foaming density can reach 2.54 × 108 cells / cm3. With the increase of temperature, the cell diameter and foaming density increase first And the mechanical properties of the foamed rubber become better with the increase of the physical rubber content.
