目的探讨和评价对胃肿瘤术后患者治疗中,应用肠内营养和肠外营养联合治疗方法的效果对比。方法选择156例胃肿瘤术后患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组78例,对照组胃肿瘤术后采用肠外营养进行治疗,观察组胃肿瘤术后肠内营养和肠外营养联合治疗,比较临床效果。结果观察组治疗后血红蛋白、丙氨基酸转氨酶、白蛋白(ALB)含量分别为(189.8±11.59)g/L、(39.77±4.94)U/L、(34.96±3.41)g/L,均优于对照组,组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察照组治疗后血钙、血磷含量和钙磷乘积水平分别为(2.27±0.35)mmol/L、(1.57±0.58)mmol/L、(45.59±11.39)mg2/dl2,均优于对照组,组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肠内营养和肠外营养联合治疗胃肿瘤术后患者的临床效果显著,能够提高患者身体机能的恢复速度,值得进一步研究和推广。
Objective To investigate and evaluate the effect of enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition in the treatment of postoperative patients with gastric cancer. Methods 156 patients with gastric cancer were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 78 cases in each group. The control group was treated with parenteral nutrition after operation and the control group was treated with enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition Combination therapy, more clinical results. Results The contents of hemoglobin, propylamino acid aminotransferase and albumin in the observation group were (189.8 ± 11.59) g / L, (39.77 ± 4.94) U / L and (34.96 ± 3.41) g / L, (2.27 ± 0.35) mmol / L and (1.57 ± 0.58) mmol / L, respectively, after treatment in observation group /L, (45.59 ± 11.39) mg2 / dl2, were better than the control group, the difference between the groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition in the treatment of postoperative patients with gastric neoplasm has significant clinical effect, which can improve the recovery rate of patients’ physical function and deserve further study and promotion.
