水痘-带状疱疹病毒(VZV)的全基因序列分析表明,其DNA全长为124884bp,基因组由71个开放读码框(ORF)组成,结构式为UL-IR-US-TR,编码69种蛋白。强毒株与减毒的疫苗株的同源性虽达99.8%,但主要差异存在于R1~R5的5个可变区中,根据其长度不同可区分不同的病毒株,ORF62是VZV的最易变区,并与病毒的减毒有关。Oka疫苗经广泛应用,证实其不良反应轻微而免疫原性良好,抗体阳转率>90%,疫苗效力(VE)为71%~100%,免疫持久性可达20年。
The complete genome sequence of the chickenpox-herpes zoster virus (VZV) showed that the full-length DNA was 124884bp and the genome was composed of 71 open reading frames (ORFs). The structure was UL-IR-US-TR and encoded 69 proteins . Although the homology between virulent strain and attenuated vaccine strain is 99.8%, the main difference exists in the five variable regions of R1 ~ R5. According to their length, different strains can be distinguished, and ORF62 is the most common in VZV Variable area, and with the virus attenuated. Oka vaccine has been widely used to confirm its mild adverse reactions and good immunogenicity, antibody positive rate of> 90%, vaccine efficacy (VE) of 71% to 100%, immune persistence up to 20 years.
