目的:探讨中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将120例复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分为研究组和对照组各60例,研究组患者采用中西医结合治疗,对照组患者仅采用西药治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:经过治疗,研究组患者治愈率、总有效率分别为63.3%、85.0%,对照组患者治愈率、总有效率分别为35.0%、53.3%,研究组临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡临床疗效显著,可有效改善口腔黏膜充血状态,减少复发,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods: 120 patients with recurrent oral ulcer were randomly divided into study group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The study group was treated with combination of TCM and Western medicine. The control group was treated with western medicine only. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the cure rate and total effective rate of the study group were 63.3% and 85.0% respectively. The cure rate and total effective rate of the control group were 35.0% and 53.3% respectively. The clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group. Statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative Chinese medicine treatment of recurrent oral ulcer clinical significant effect, can effectively improve the state of oral mucosa congestion and reduce recurrence, worthy of clinical application.
