文章结合某2×600MW机组循环水处理工程设计,通过静态阻垢试验筛选出了适合该电厂循环水处理工程要求的阻垢缓蚀剂配方。并在此基础上采用失重法、阳极极化曲线法研究分析了阻垢缓蚀剂配方对金属材料的缓蚀效果及不锈钢材料在高Cl-浓度下的耐点蚀行为。
Combined with the design of circulating water treatment of a 2 × 600MW unit, the article screened the scale and corrosion inhibitor formulation suitable for the circulating water treatment project of the power plant through static scale inhibition test. On the basis of this, weight loss method and anodic polarization curve method were used to study the corrosion inhibition effect of scale and corrosion inhibitor on metal materials and the pitting corrosion resistance of stainless steel under high Cl- concentration.
