建立红外吸收光谱测定石蜡油中总硫的方法,采用标准样品校正仪器,拟合校正曲线,研究了该方法的准确度和精密度。结果表明,硫含量在0%~4.45%范围内,测量值和实际值线性关系良好,用标准加入法进行回收率实验,对方法的准确度进行考察,相对标准偏差为0.57%~0.65%,加标回收率为99.67%~100.08%。相对于其他检测方法,该方法操作简单,灵敏度高,检测速度快,自动化程度高。
A method for the determination of total sulfur in paraffin oil by infrared absorption spectrometry was established. The calibration curve was calibrated by using standard sample calibration equipment and the accuracy and precision of the method were studied. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the measured value and the actual value when the sulfur content was in the range of 0% ~ 4.45%. The recovery rate was tested by standard addition method. The relative standard deviations were 0.57% -0.65% Spike recovery was 99.67% ~ 100.08%. Compared with other detection methods, the method is simple in operation, high in sensitivity, fast in detection and high in automation.
