针对当前推进剂老化和装药缺陷研究方法的不足,提出了固体仪器发动机的概念,分析了固体仪器发动机对粘接界面应力监测系统的基本要求和粘接界面应力传感器及监测系统的实现途径,设计了固体仪器发动机粘接界面应力监测系统并进行了实验验证。结果表明,该监测系统能有效监测发动机的粘接界面应力。
Aiming at the shortcomings of current research methods of propellant aging and charge defects, the concept of solid instrument engine is put forward. The basic requirements of solid instrument engine for stress monitoring system of adhesion interface and the way to realize the stress sensor and monitoring system are also analyzed. The stress monitoring system of solid instrument engine bonding interface was designed and verified by experiments. The results show that the monitoring system can effectively monitor the bonding interface stress of the engine.
