应用PE4000型心率遥测仪对20所不同类别的重点和非重点高校259次普通体育课生理负荷进行连续测试,发现高校普通体育课生理负荷强度分布的二大典型问题;从生理学和教学角度分析问题产生的原因;提出解决问题的方法。
PE4000 heart rate telemetering was used to test the physiological load of 259 regular physical education classes in 20 different kinds of key and non-key colleges and universities, and to find out two typical problems of physiological load intensity distribution in general physical education in colleges and universities.
