目的探讨一氧化氮、抗氧化剂、抗氧化酶与矽肺的关系。方法检测73例矽肺患者和60例健康对照者的血浆一氧化氮(P-NO)、维生素C(P-VC)、维生素E(P-VE)、β-胡萝卜素(P-β-CAR)含量及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(E-SOD)、过氧化氢酶(E-CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(E-GSH-Px)活性。结果与对照组比较,患者组的P-NO平均值显著升高(P<0.001),P-VC、P-VE、P-β-CAR、E-SOD、E-CAT、E-GSH-PX平均值均显著降低(P<0.001);各检测值与患者病程、病情、肺功能状态均有相关;逐步回归表明患者病程、病情、肺功能状态与P-NO、P-VE、E-SOD值相关最为密切。结论矽肺患者体内一氧化氮代谢异常,氧化抗氧化平衡严重失调,氧化和过氧化反应病理性加剧。
Objective To investigate the relationship between nitric oxide, antioxidants, antioxidant enzymes and silicosis. Methods The levels of plasma nitric oxide (P-NO), vitamin C (P-VC), vitamin E (P-VE) and β-carotene (P-β-CAR) were determined in 73 patients with silicosis and 60 healthy controls. Content and the activity of erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (E-SOD), catalase (E-CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (E-GSH-Px) Results Compared with the control group, the mean P-NO in patients was significantly higher (P <0.001), P-VC, P-VE, P-CAR, E-SOD, E-CAT (P <0.001). The measured values correlated with the course of disease, disease status and pulmonary function status. The stepwise regression showed that the patients’ course, state of illness, pulmonary function status and P-NO, P-VE , E-SOD values most closely related. Conclusion In patients with silicosis, the metabolism of nitric oxide is abnormal, and the balance of oxidation and anti-oxidation is seriously imbalanced. The pathological changes of oxidation and peroxidation are exacerbated.
