目的:通过正交设计优化胚胎期抗手机辐射方剂。方法:以小鼠为受试对象,应用两次正交设计,以外周血白细胞总数、骨髓有核细胞数和骨髓细胞微核率为评价指标,选择胚胎期抗手机辐射最佳药物和剂量组合。结果:通过第1次正交设计,得到最佳抗辐射药物组合为菊花、决明子和玄参;第2次正交设计得到上述药物最佳剂量分别为6、9和9 g。结论:通过两次正交设计,优化胚胎期抗手机配伍为菊花6 g、决明子9 g、玄参9 g。
Objective: To optimize the embryonic anti-cell phone radiation prescription by orthogonal design. Methods: The mice were used as experimental subjects. The orthogonal design was used twice. The total number of peripheral white blood cells, the number of bone marrow nucleated cells and the micronucleus rate of bone marrow cells were used as evaluation indexes to select the best drug and dose combination . Results: By the first orthogonal design, the best combination of anti-radiation drugs was chrysanthemum, cassia seed and figwort root; the second orthogonal design gave the best dose of the above drugs were 6, 9 and 9 g respectively. Conclusion: Through orthogonal design two times, the optimum embryo anti-cell phone compatibility chrysanthemum 6 g, cassia 9 g, Scrophulariaceae 9 g.
