以DD6高温合金为目标,研究了铜水冷环内壁表面状态对其凝固组织及持久性能的影响。结果表明,与未处理的光亮铜表面以及自然形成的沉积物水冷环内壁相比,水冷环内壁经过喷C粉处理后,单晶凝固过程中的辐射散热能力得到明显增强,温度梯度得到提高,一次枝晶间距变小,晶体生长方向与[001]偏离度变小,γ-γ′共晶含量降低,尺寸得到细化,使合金的持久性能得到提高。
Taking DD6 superalloy as a target, the influence of surface condition of copper water cooling ring on the solidified structure and ductility was studied. The results show that compared with the untreated bright copper surface and the naturally occurring inner wall of the water-cooled ring, the inner wall of the water-cooled ring is sprayed with powder C and the radiative heat dissipation capability of the single crystal solidified is significantly enhanced, Once the dendritic spacing becomes smaller, the deviation of the crystal growth direction from [001] becomes smaller, the γ-γ ’eutectic content decreases, the size is refined, and the durability of the alloy is improved.
