为了评价和改进噪声作业工人营养健康状况,对135名接触噪声作业的工人进行了营养调查。调查发现:男工摄入碳水化合物、VB_2、VC、钙、铜不足或偏低(分别为RDA的70.14%、61.80%、55.21%、76.50%),女工摄入钙、锌、铜不足或偏低(分别为RDA的46.77%、79.57%、79.00%;热能和其他营养素摄入量均达到RDA的80%以上,基本能满足机体需要。男、女工早餐热能摄入偏低(占总热能的14~21%),晚餐较高(占总热能43~51%)。血清总蛋白、血清白蛋白、血红蛋白水平低于正常者分别为17%、11%,7%(男)、38%(女)。尿中VB_1、VB_2、VC低于正常者分别为:4%、28%、71%。部分工人出现舌乳头肥大、舌肿大、齿龈萎缩等营养缺乏体征。因此,应向工人群众宣传合理营养知识,并适当调整膳食结构,使达到平衡膳食。
In order to evaluate and improve the nutrition and health status of noise-exposed workers, 135 nutrition workers were interviewed for noise.
