人格是人特有的社会属性。完善的人格的养成不仅需要提高认知水平,更重要的是培养高尚的情操。音乐教育是科学,也是艺术,洋溢着和谐与随意,平等和宽容;应该流动着人性的魅力与诗意的光彩,展示着温馨的情怀;更应该迸发出灵感的火花,飞跃着瑰丽的想象。而这种教学的理想境界的实现,在很大程度上依赖于音乐教师的人格魅力。因此,教师人格在音乐教育中具有重要作用。
Personality is a unique social property. The development of a sound personality requires not only raising the level of cognition, but more importantly, cultivating a noble sentiment. Music education is science as well as art. It is full of harmony and freedom, equality and tolerance. It should flow the glamor of human nature and the poetic luster and show the warm feelings. More should be the spark of inspiration and the magnificent imagination. The realization of the ideal state of teaching depends largely on the charisma of music teachers. Therefore, teacher’s personality plays an important role in music education.
