本研究以深山蔷薇新生嫩茎段为外植体,应用均匀设计法对影响深山蔷薇嫩茎段腋芽萌发、伸长、生长同时生根的各主要因素及其水平的作用进行了实验探讨。结果表明,最适合深山蔷薇嫩茎段生根的培养基为:1/2DR+IAA0.06mg/L+NAA0.01mg/L,生根率达99.4%。在生根培养基中添加赤霉素GA31.30mg/L。以再生植株茎节为材料进行快繁的结果表明,在27d的培养周期内,每段增殖倍数平均达5,植株再生率为96.0%。再生植株的炼苗栽培成活率达98.0%以上。成功建立了高效植株再生体系,所建立的高效植株再生体系可以应用于深山蔷薇工厂化育苗。
In this study, the new stem segments of Rosa rugosa were used as explants. The uniform design method was used to investigate the main factors that affect the germination, elongation, root growth of axillary buds and their effects on the tender stem segments. The results showed that the best medium for rooting stems was: 1 / 2DR + IAA 0.06mg / L + NAA 0.01 mg / L, and the rooting rate was 99.4%. Gibberellin GA31 was added to the rooting medium at 30 mg / L. The results showed that the multiplication of each stage reached an average of 5 and the plant regeneration rate was 96.0% during the 27d incubation period. The survival rate of reclaimed plant cultivation reached 98.0%. The successful establishment of efficient plant regeneration system, the establishment of efficient plant regeneration system can be applied to the factory production of rose.
