笔者所在的珠海市拍卖行是银通典当行的大股东,两个企业互为依靠。在如何发挥两个企业的各自优势、做大做强是我们经营者经常要思考的问题。尤其是拍卖企业竞争日益激烈,拍品缺乏,开拓新增长点中,我们将目光投向了典当市场。由于国家宏观调控、银根收紧、大量的中小企业及房地产公司都向典当行抵押借款,典当行手里势必有一批不动产需要变现。可是根据以往的经验,典当行所掌握的房源多是手续不全、法律关系不清,这给拍卖造成困难。

Due to the state’s macro-control and monetary tightening, a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises and real estate companies have pledged mortgage loans to pawnshops. There is bound to be a batch of immovable property to be realized in the hands of pawn shops. However, based on past experience, the property owned by the pawnshop often has incomplete procedures and unclear legal relations, which makes the auction difficult.
