本文介绍了一种可实现无毛刺精密冲裁的模具结构,简述了其工作过程,分析了该模具的冲裁原理,定性地讨论了板料冲裁区内压应力场的分市情况,比较了本工艺与齿圈压板精冲和对向凹模精冲工艺各自的工艺特点。最后还介绍了模具设计中几个主要结构参数的选择原则及范围。该模具只适宜于具有三个独立动作的专用压力机或特殊模架上使用。
This paper introduces a mold structure which can realize the precision blanking without burrs, briefly describes its working process, analyzes the blanking principle of the mold, discusses the market situation of the compressive stress field in the blanking area of the blanking sheet qualitatively, The technical characteristics of each process of the process are compared with that of the ring punching plate fine blanking and the opposite die fine blanking process. Finally, the principle and scope of selection of several main structural parameters in the mold design are also introduced. The mold is only suitable for use with special presses or special molds with three separate movements.
