目的:建立聚维酮碘溶液的质量标准,并对其有效碘的含量进行测定。方法:用电位滴定法建立聚维酮碘溶液的质量标准,并考察制剂的性状、pH值和含量等。结果:线性方程为y=8.80760x+0.01500,r=0.99997。平均回收率为98.33%,RSD为1.27%。三批样品有效碘含量为0.52%、0.53%、0.53%。结论:该方法稳定、合理、可行。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of povidone-iodine solution and to determine its effective iodine content. Methods: Potentiometric titration was used to establish the quality standard of povidone - iodine solution. The properties, pH value and content of the povidone - iodine solution were also investigated. Results: The linear equation is y = 8.80760x + 0.01500, r = 0.99997. The average recovery was 98.33% with a RSD of 1.27%. Three batches of samples effective iodine content of 0.52%, 0.53%, 0.53%. Conclusion: The method is stable, reasonable and feasible.
