每天清晨,这位老人都会到成都茶店子小区金牛体育场锻炼身体。“对我来说,最好的锻炼是空翻和倒立。”清晨到这来的多数都是离退休的老人,趁着体育场免费开放时锻炼。成都目前有130万老龄人口,但老年人的活动场所等配套设施严重滞后。有些人认为老龄化是沉重的负担,一些老年人也认为自己是社会的包袱。老人结束空翻后说:“只要健康,‘长寿’就不是负担。”的确,如果多数老人都能保持健康的话,就能大大减轻老龄化社会的负担。
