用斑点ELISA法检测旋毛虫病兔血清中的抗体，结果40只病免均出现阳性，其它对照血清除1例蛔虫病人出现阳杜反应外，均为阴性反应．同时以实验动物在感染前后每周心脏穿刺取血作抗体动态观察，在感染后第1w开始出现阳性反应，第3w达90％以上，第7w后均为阳性。提示斑点ELISA法适用于旋毛虫病的临床诊断。
Antibody was detected by dot ELISA in rabbit serum of Trichinella spiralis. The results showed that all the 40 cases were positive, while the other control sera were all negative except 1 case of Ascariasis. At the same time, the animals were sacrificed weekly by cardiac puncture for the dynamic observation of antibody before and after infection. The positive reaction started at the first week after infection, reaching more than 90% at 3w and positive after 7w. Tip spot ELISA method for clinical diagnosis of trichinosis.
