高压化、大功率等是机载液压系统的主要发展趋势 .基于传统的机载恒压变量泵源系统 ,机载液压系统的高压化、大功率必然要带来系统无效功率的增加 ,从而导致系统温度急剧升高 ,这是未来飞机发展的一个难题 ,高压变流量变压力智能泵源系统是解决此问题的最佳途径 .提出了一种高压变流量变压力机载智能泵源系统的总体方案 .采用微机对泵源系统进行主动控制 .该系统具有流量、压力、功率和综合 4种工作方式 ,同时 ,该系统还具有故障工作方式和一定的状态监测功能 .
