随着祖国经济建设的飞跃前进,自动焊和半自动焊在工业上的应用愈来愈广。在施工时因规范(仅指电弧电压和电流)经常的发生变动,故影响了焊缝的质量和成形。为了获得优良的焊缝质量和美观的外形,因此有必要研究一下焊接规范对焊缝的影响及其变动原因和防止办法。一、规范的变动对焊缝的影响(1)电弧电压对焊缝的影响:在焊接过程中由于某种原因,使电弧电压增高,电弧的可动性增加,弧腔内的压力减少,推挤向后的液体金属减少,电弧下的液体金属量增加;因此使焊缝熔深减小,宽度增加。这样在施焊厚度较大而又不开坡口的对接时,则易出现熔不透的现象。
