对防爆柴油机的冷却系统进行了分析,提出了将防爆柴油机本体冷却与排气冷却系统单独设计的方案,并对排气冷却系统的关键零部件进行了选型设计。通过温升试验对防爆柴油机冷却系统进行了验证,试验结果表明,相互独立的本机及排气冷却系统达到了防爆要求,并提高了防爆柴油机的工作可靠性,为以后的防爆柴油机冷却系统设计提供了一种新的思路。
The cooling system of the explosion-proof diesel engine is analyzed. The scheme of designing the cooling and exhaust cooling system of the explosion-proof diesel engine is proposed separately.
