目前浙江民营中小型体育用品制造业产业集群在发展过程中面临着成本比较优势逐渐弱化;区域品牌有待加强;同行业无序竞争严重,易形成“柠檬市场”;集群创新不足对外贸易比较优势衰退;外资引入少有碍集群升级和发展等问题。针对这些问题提出以民引外,民外合璧;促使集群从“资源消耗型”的生产制造基地向“资源节约型”的创新基地转变;优化服务环境,促进集群发展;积极创新,构建集群核心竞争力;集合集群力量,加强区域品牌建设等对策。
