建筑行业的职工,时常要在全国各地奔走。因此多年来,中铁二十二局集团五公司工会一直把为驻外职工家庭办实事、做好事、解决困难,当作是维护一线职工队伍稳定,促进企业发展的头等大事来抓。公司工会从大处着眼,从小事入手,通过点滴关怀,传递工会温暖,使工会组织的职工娘家人身份及“后勤部长”作用得到了充分发挥,并得到职工的广泛认可和好评。目前,公司有职工790名,其中有713名工作在基层一
Workers in the construction industry often run around the country. Therefore, over the years, the trade unions of the five companies of the Twenty-second Bureau of the China Railway Group have always taken the priority of doing practical work, doing good deeds and settling difficulties for the overseas staff and families as the top priority in safeguarding the stability of front-line staff workforce and promoting the development of the enterprise. From a big perspective, the trade unions of the Company started from a small matter and conveyed the warmth of trade unions through bit by bit care so as to give full play to the role of family members and staff as well as the role of “logistics minister” in labor unions and were widely recognized and praised by workers.
