出游障碍因人而异,对其探讨有利于制订针对性强的政策和营销策略来消除居民出游障碍,有助于促进潜在的旅游需求转化为现实的旅游购买行为。文章对长沙市民进行问卷调查,采用因子分析和单因素方差分析等研究方法深入探讨了城市居民出游的障碍因素。研究结果显示,出游障碍的构成要素可归纳为旅游态度、身心障碍、出游顾虑、时间约束、可达性限制、信息制约、经济限制等七个因子。另外,出游障碍在不同性别、年龄、收入、职业群体中存在显著差异。
Barriers to travel vary from person to person, and its discussion is conducive to the development of targeted policies and marketing strategies to eliminate barriers to travel of residents, help to promote the potential of tourism demand into reality tourism purchase behavior. The article carries on the questionnaire survey to the citizen of Changsha, uses the method of factor analysis and single factor analysis of variance to study the obstacle factor of urban resident to travel in depth. The results show that the components of travel disability can be summed up as seven factors of tourism attitude, disability, travel concerns, time constraints, accessibility restrictions, information constraints, economic constraints. In addition, travel barriers in different gender, age, income, occupational groups, there are significant differences.
