目的评价大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)显色培养基(简称HKEA)的检测效果。方法以制备的显色培养基HKEA与国外3种同类商品化显色培养基FKTBX、FKEA和CHEA对比,分别对13株质控菌、12种模拟样品以及15份实际样品进行检测。结果测试质检菌株、模拟样品和实际样品在配制的大肠杆菌显色培养基可以达到与FKTBX、FKEA和CHEA相近的检测限和灵敏度。对某些大肠杆菌的灵敏度比国外同类显色培养基更高。结论研究试制的显色培养基HKEA与国外其它三种显色培养基一样,都具有较好的检测效果,可大大提高大肠杆菌的检测效率,预测在实际应用中具有较大的价值。
Objective To evaluate the detection of Escherichia coli culture medium (HKEA). Methods Compared with three commercial color mediums, FKTBX, FKEA and CHEA, the developed medium HKEA was used to detect 13 control strains, 12 simulated samples and 15 actual samples respectively. Results Testing Quality Control Strains, Mock Samples and Actual Samples The detection limits and the sensitivity of FKTBX, FKEA and CHEA are similar in the prepared E. coli color medium. Sensitivity to some E. coli higher than similar foreign media. Conclusion The experimental medium HKEA, like the other three kinds of chromogenic medium in foreign countries, has a good detection effect and can greatly improve the detection efficiency of E. coli. The prediction is of great value in practical application.
