电位差计在工作过程中不可避免地会出现故障。如能准确、迅速地排除仪表出现的故障,对实际工作来说是很方便的。本文通过对电位差计在工作过程中常见故障的总结,编排出“使用中的电位差计常见故障快速判断表”(见图1)。此表以XWB-101为例进行分析,其它类型的仪表,基本分析方法也一样。为分析方便,同时画出XWB-10l型仪表电气原理图(图2)。通过与原理图对照分析,逐步缩小寻找产生故障的范围,能较
Potentiometer in the work process will inevitably fail. If you can accurately and quickly rule out the instrument failure, the actual work is very convenient. In this paper, we summarize the common faults of the potentiometer in the working process and compile a quick judgment table of the common faults in the potentiometers used (see Figure 1).
