给未去势的 SD 幼鼠以不同剂量的丙酸睾丸酮皮下注射一周后,大鼠前列腺腹叶明显大于并重于对照组,组织学表现为良性增生过程。经统计学处理,丙睾每日0.3mg/100g 体重是用于制造大鼠前列腺增生模型的敏感和稳定的剂量。
After one week of subcutaneous injection of testosterone propionate at different doses to SD rat pups that had not been castrated, the ventral areas of the prostate were significantly larger and heavier than those in the control group, and histologically showed a benign hyperplasia. After statistical processing, 0.3 mg/100 g body weight per day of the testosterone is a sensitive and stable dose for the production of a rat model of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
