目的 总结耳廓撕裂伤手术的经验,提高其成活率。方法 对耳廓撕裂伤26例手术进行分析。26例中,采用直接对端缝合法14例;耳后皮瓣转移法4例;保留与头颅相连的皮蒂修整破裂耳廓后再植?例;去表皮血管植入包埋法1例。结果 术后24例(92.3％)完全成活,2例(7.7％)部分成活。结论 提示应根据耳廓破损程度的不同采用不同的术式进行修复,可以明显提高撕裂伤的治愈率。
Objective To summarize the experience of auricle laceration surgery and improve its survival rate. Methods Twenty-six cases of auricular laceration were analyzed. Among the 26 cases, 14 cases were directly sutured to the opposite sutures, 4 cases were treated by the posterior ear flap transfer method, and the replantation of the pinna with the head connected with the head was replanted. Results After operation, 24 cases (92.3%) survived completely and 2 cases (7.7%) survived partially. Conclusion Tip should be based on the degree of auricle damage using different surgical procedures for repair, can significantly improve the cure rate of laceration.
