在反右派斗争以前,依靠党委领导的原则在黑龙江日报财贸部(现改为组)受到了严重的破坏。当时的部主任是右派分子,他与其它右派分子一起向党委进攻,给党的新闻事业造成了严重的损失,使原来基础就很薄弱的写作队伍,逐渐趋于瓦解。反右斗争之后,我们在省委财贸部的帮助下,先在部内把写作力量组织起来,并且在各个厅、局、行都成立了以党组书记为首的通讯组(现已改为本报小编辑部)。各部门领导同志还亲自动手为报纸写言论,帮助我们组织稿件。这样一来,不但稿件来源大增,而且因为各部门领导同志亲自动手写,所写的又都是当前工作的急迫问题,使稿件质量大为提高,指导作用也大为加强。去年,财贸部和各个厅的领导同志都为本报写过言论,有的写了五六篇。省委主管财贸工作的书记一年间给报纸写了将近十篇文章和诗。 Before the anti-Rightist struggle, the principle of relying on the leadership of the party committees was severely damaged in the Ministry of Finance and Trade (now renamed the group) of Heilongjiang Daily.
