大轴重货车已被公认为铁路重载运输的发展方向之一。但是,轴重增加将加剧轮轨动态相互作用。分析轴重增加对动力学性能,特别是磨耗问题和轮轨动态相互作用的影响规律。表明小曲线半径条件下,随着轴重的提高,轮轨动态相互作用加剧;在曲线半径较小的情况下,轴重越大,导致的钢轨RCF损伤越明显;而且,轮轨接触应力随着轴重的增加而增加。充分分析轴重与轮轨动态相互作用的关系将有利于重载运输的安全性,减缓对线路的破坏作用。
Large axle heavy truck has been recognized as one of the development directions of railway heavy haul transport. However, the increase of axle load will aggravate the wheel-rail dynamic interaction. The influence of axial load on dynamic performance, especially the wear and wheel-rail dynamic interaction is analyzed. The results show that the dynamic interaction between wheel and rail increases with the increase of axial load under the condition of small curve radius. The greater the axial load, the more obvious the RCF damage will be caused when the curve radius is smaller. Moreover, the contact stress Increased shaft weight increases. A full analysis of the relationship between the axle load and the dynamic interaction between the wheel and rail will be conducive to the safety of heavy-haul transport and mitigate the damaging effect of the line.
